Cancellation Policy
At Velvet Sage Salon, we require a credit card on file for all clients booking a reservation with us to adhere to our cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your reservation with us within 24 hours of your reserved time, you will be charged 50% of your reservation fee.
If you no call-no show, you may be charged 100% of your reservation fee.
Extension clients must cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of their reservation time to avoid being charged 50% of their reservation fee.
Extension clients who no call-no show will be charged 100% of their reservation fee.
If you are a current extension client, please let us know 48 hours before your reservation time if you are planning to have your extensions removed to avoid any additional fees.
All clients are agreeing to these charges when they put their card on file, whether booking online or by phone.
Please note that we understand things happen. We do not have a cancellation policy to be unfair or unaccommodating to our clients. Our stylists are paid on commission and are not hourly or salary. When clients no show or cancel their reservation in a short time frame, this does not allow us to fill that reservation slot. A cancellation policy is in place to ensure the financial stability of our stylists. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to serving you!
